3. Orders & Payments

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraud, or any other valid reason.
  • We accept secure online payments through trusted payment partners.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders with a ₹69 Convenience Fee.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
  • The product has been used.
  • The wrong mobile model was selected while placing the order.
  • The customer changes their mind after delivery.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the respective order.
