- We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications are accurate.
- Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
- Customers should confirm their exact mobile brand, model, and variant before placing an order.
- If a product becomes unavailable or a genuine pricing or technical error occurs, we will inform the customer and handle any payment received in accordance with applicable law.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
- Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
- Currently, UniqueDeal accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours, subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Tracking details will be shared when provided by the courier or fulfilment partner.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
5. Exchange Policy
UniqueDeal offers exchanges only if the customer receives a wrong, damaged, or defective product due to an issue from our side.
Customers are requested to contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and provide their order details along with an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and the issue clearly.
Exchange requests will be reviewed and verified before approval. Change-of-mind requests and incorrect mobile model selections by the customer are not eligible for exchange when the product delivered matches the confirmed order.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
6. Order Cancellation
- Customers should contact UniqueDeal as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible through our normal process.
- Any cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law will be handled accordingly.

All content on UniqueDeal.in, including text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, and website design, belongs to UniqueDeal or the respective rights holders. Content may not be copied or reproduced without permission, except as permitted by law.
